It is rarely used her. <br> In 1836 it was in discreet conditions and her maintenance was taken care of by the Commune. <br> The façade introduces him “to hut” and partly is still dressed again with stone well square sandstone; the other spaces have covered of bricks, assistant evidently subsequently. Due “rosoni” compaiono ai lati della superficie leggermente aggettante sulla quale è “disegnato” il portale, che poggia su di un pesante architrave. Nel fianco sud a ridosso della seconda lesena a circa 2 metri da terra vi è un’interessante decorazione in cotto e pietra: si tratta di una croce stilizzata molto simile a quella dell’Ordine Templare. Sul significato di questa croce, è stato ipotizzato che servisse come “insegna” per i pellegrini che si spostavano sulla Via Francigena, in direzione Roma o di Santiago de Compostela.<br> Alla chiesa, manca la consueta abside circolare; comunque, all'interno della chiesa, al centro della parete di fondo, in quello che può essere definito lo spazio absidale, compare, sopra l'altare, un affresco raffigurante un Cristo crocifisso e, ai suoi lati, la Vergine e, presumibilmente, Sant'Andrea. Alla destra altre due figure riproducono San Pietro e, forse, Santa Lucia; e alla sinistra San Giovanni Battista. Un altro affresco lo si scorge sulla parete di destra; qui si intravede un San Sebastiano martirizzato e Sant'Antonio Abate.<br> Questi affreschi (molto probabilmente quattrocenteschi) paiono di buona fattura, non privi di un certo interesse artistico oltre che storico.<br> </p>
